The object of the supermarket itself, located at the Ľadoveň housing estate in Martin, has an architectural expression according to TESCO standard. It is a single-storey building, from which a lightweight roof construction protrudes on the supply ramp side. The main entrance facade is oriented towards the parking lot and the pedestrian entrance.
The design uses modern design of lightweight prefabricated external cladding and glazed walls with a combination of wood as a natural element. The construction consists of the sales area itself and facilities, which are warehouse, technological and administrative premises. The subject of the construction was the realization of the building itself, which is based on piles and the main framework consists of reinforced concrete skeleton and external and roof cladding with thermal insulation. The supply also consisted of the realization of all interior installations, security system, floors and partitions with final surface treatment. At the same time, an exterior parking lot and an intersection with the main road were implemented.
