The subject of the work, located in Košice at the Ťahanovce housing estate, is the construction of a logistics and storage facility for the storage of food products. The hall itself has a ground plan of almost 2,800 m2 and consists of a storage area, a freezer and a cooling box and a basement where the administrative part and social facilities for employees are located.
The foundation of the building is solved on deep piles. The framework system consists of a steel construction with a external cladding with PUR panels and a folded roof cladding. The floor in the storage area is made of fibre reinforced concrete. The administrative part is built as a combination of masonry and plasterboard constructions and has been implemented including final interior finishes. The building is equipped with complete internal installations – sanitary, electric, air conditioning, EPS and cooling. Part of the work is also external objects consisting of parking lot, communication, fencing, exterior lighting and individual connections.
