The subject of the construction was to create spaces for sports and cultural activities of youth from the housing estate Terasa in Košice. The ground plan of the building is considerably rugged and consists of a gym and a changing rooms, a chapel with a total capacity of 80 people and a third part with gaming rooms, clubs, sanitary facilities and priest accommodation, this part of the building being two-storey. The subject of the construction was also the supply of windows, doors, stained glass in the chapel, ordinary but also special sports floors, electric installation and electronic security system. Part of the construction was also the implementation of external paved areas and landscaping. Part of the area consists also of outdoor playgrounds for sports activities of youth.
