The project of the residential complex Park Anička is situated in the recreational zone Anička in Košice Sever. The complex consists of 4 residential buildings, a multifunctional building, parking places and space for leisure activities of the inhabitants.
The entire residential complex is designed in a modern and functional architectural style and is carefully set in the natural environment of the Anička recreational zone. The subject of the work is the construction of the first stage, which represents the realization of four residential houses with adjacent infrastructure and relaxation zones. The residential complex offers 115 apartments of various layouts and dimensions and 267 parking spaces, of which 104 are in the form of a garage.
The construction is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with brick curtain walling and flat roof, which will partly serve as a terrace. The fillings of openings are plastic windows that meet the latest low-energy housing requirements. This task is also fulfilled by the facade, which is chosen as a combination of contact insulation system and ventilated facade using various design elements. Individual apartments will be realized in a form of unfurnished apartment, with low-voltage cabling, electric installations, heating and sanitary installations.
Part of the work is also the realization of external objects, which include connection to all utilities, area roads and parking lots, connections to the main road, landscaping and small constructions for leisure time activities – lake, fountains, gazebos and playground.
