The aim of realization of this work is to increase the working comfort of the company’s employees. The construction is a complete reconstruction of the changing rooms of employees with adjacent social facilities, reconstruction of the connecting corridor and the construction of two new independent staircases.
The reconstruction works consist of the dismantling of the existing aluminum facade and the construction of masonry peripheral walls, replacement of water distribution systems, air conditioning, central heating and electric installation. New plasters and finishing surface treatment of walls and floors will be made in the interior. The external cladding will be insulated with a contact insulation system. In the connecting corridor, windows will be exchanged, pipeline reloading and surface repairs will be realized. The construction is divided into two time stages to keep production flowing.
