Residential building 1 is part of a group of objects that determine the area for the local square, which gives them an urban character. The dispositional solution consists of one section, which by lining up next to each other, creates a compact unit.
The diverse mass composition of the apartment buildings is determined by the sloping nature of the square; therefore, there is a height difference between some sections, because they copy the terrain. This gives the square and the surrounding buildings a dynamic character. In addition to the mass composition of the individual sections and facade shaping, the architectural and artistic solution of the facade is supported also by the use of 2 plaster color variants in combination with plaster, which imitates wood structure.
The project proposes cellars, storage areas and a room for the cleaning lady on the first floor, in the first tract. The second tract holds two apartments, one two-room and one three-room, two rentable spaces for civic amenities, which communicate with the square through a glass facade and from here, there are entrances into individual shops. The second above-ground floor holds 8 apartments; 4 apartments for each section. There are 3 three-room apartments and 1 two-room apartment in the first section and 2 two-room and 2 three-room apartments in the second section. The third above-ground floor holds 7 apartments; 4 in section one and 3 in section two. There are 2 two-room and 2 three-room apartments in the first section and 2 four-room and 1 single-room apartments in the second section. The highest, fourth above-ground floor holds 3 apartments; 1 three-room, 1 one-room and 1 five-room apartments.
Residential buildings 3, 4 and 5 are part of a group of objects that determine the area for the local square, which gives them an urban character. The dispositional solution consists of one section, which by lining up next to each other, creates a compact unit. The sections have three floors and each section has an entrance from the street with a vestibule. The sections are entered on the mezzanine, due to the terrain, from which we get to the hall with the staircase, which forms the central space. Half a floor below, on the lowest floor, there are cellars, boiler room, room for the cleaning lady, 1 two-room and 2 three-room apartments, which also have front yards, because they are on ground level and they are oriented towards the square. However, they do not communicate directly with the square, so they are not determined by noise, because due to the steep terrain in this area, they are located on an elevated terrace made of a gabion wall. The second above-ground floor holds 2 two-room and 2 three-room apartments, which offer the option of being interconnection into larger, multi-room apartments. The highest, third above-ground floor holds 1 two-room and 2 four-room apartments, which offer similar variability of disposition solution and interconnection into larger units.
