The construction is designed in a modern, simple but pleasant architectural solution and is located in the existing premises of the PlasticOmnium Auto Exteriors s.r.o. plant in Lozorno. It is a two-storey building with a built-up area of 1,146 m2 and is used as a center for technical and administrative staff and company management.
The building itself is based on reinforced concrete footings and strips, the framework is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The external cladding consists of an aluminum glazed facade and partly a masonry construction. The internal partitioning system was made of brick but also plasterboard partitions. The interior is dominated by a spacious reception desk and a steel staircase. On the ground floor there are premises for storage and presentation of products, on the first floor there are offices and administrative premises. Part of the work was also the implementation of internal water supply, sewerage, electric installation, central heating, low-voltage distribution systems, fire and security systems. Outdoor facilities consist of a parking lot, access roads and connection to the main road. External connections to utilities were also implemented.
