Construction description:
The work includes reconstruction works on buildings No. 1,2,3,6 DB Michalovce, in order to increase the energy efficiency of buildings.
- complete replacement of windows and doors, including interior and exterior window sills
- insulation of KZS buildings, thk.140 mm mineral insulation, including the foundations of KZS buildings thk.110 XPS
- insulation of ceilings of buildings, mineral insulation, thk.200mm laid in attic premises
- waterproofing of foundations and drainage of individual objects
- new back footpaths
- complete replacement of rain gutters and leads, replacement of roof dirt traps with connection to the rain sewer
- complete replacement of earthing objects
- repair, supplementation and coating of sheet metal coverings of buildings
- replacement of steel shelters, roof ladders, window grilles
