This award was given by specialized jury for:
- comprehensive solution of Park Anička and its integration into the existing urban scale and structure on the edge of the recreational zone Anička,
- high application rate of indoor park greenery, and recreation and sport facilities,
- decent architectural solution with a careful selection of visual materials complementing the natural environment of the surroundings,
- high architectural standard of individual residential buildings and pleasant layout - spatial solution of apartments creating together with natural surroundings a feeling of above-standard living,
- a high level of workmanship of building details.
