The supermarket building was implemented by COLD SHELL system, which means that the premises for TESCO were prepared by the customer as a unfurnished space enclosed by a concrete slab, an external cladding with fillings of the openings and a roof construction.
The construction is a single-storey hall-type building with a floor plan of 1,150m2 and a supply port. The subject of our work was the realization of internal building constructions, technical and technological equipment of the supermarket in terms of TESCO standards with connection to water supply, sewerage, heating, electric energy and framework of the building. Plasterboard partitions, ceilings, plastering, laying of terrazzo tiles, ceramic tiles, PVC floors, paintings, installation of steel, fire and plastic doors were realized in the building. The building is equipped with a complete technical infrastructure including sewerage, water supply, heating, electric installation and low voltage distribution. The work also included the supply of UPS, security and fire protection systems and air conditioning equipment with air conditioning, food refrigeration and technological shop equipment and facilities.
